Terms and conditions of sale

We offer a pick up service at our location.  We can also ship your item to you after it has been paid in full.  Freight charges may apply, as well as duty, broker fees, or any other taxes that may be required.  Terms to be discussed at time of sale.  We accept Pay Pal, Cash, or Cashiers Cheque.  Returns may be processed for some items and not others.  Please contact us with in 3 days of receiving your item.  If an item has been approved for return, it may be returned at the cost of the customer.  Upon investigation of the material returned, only then can a refund be applied.  Canyon Electrical Surplus reserves the right to decline a refund if the material has been damaged, energized, hooked up, causing failure of the item purchased.  It is the customers responsibility to ensure complience of the item to their application.  Any damage to the item during freight, is the responsibility of the receiving party to make a claim with the courier company.  Goods will always be shipped in the best condition to insure the top satisfaction of our customers.  Any questions regarding these terms, please contact us.
